Fern Commerce was founded in early 2020 in a bid to provide a stress free option to business owners seeking to exit / sell their business. Kevin Cassidy is the Founder of Fern Commerce. Kevin's business experience spans almost 15 years across 3 countries with multiple successful business startups. He has been involved in a variety of industries to include the design and manufacture of products, retail, hospitality, property investment & development, digital marketing, ecommerce and consulting.

Kevin brings a wealth of property knowledge in the commercial sector which can play a major part within the operations of many businesses. He prides himself on trustworthy, professional advice & excellent communication.

Kevin is also supported at Fern Commerce with a number of very experienced professional consultants in the area of mergers & acquisitions, finance, accounting, law & business strategy.
